Weird / wrong artist match

Just doing the initial scan of my large music library, and everything’s going well, apart from one oddity: ALL my albums of Debussy music are have their artist set to Adebussy - incidentally, no such artist exists. Is this an error in the Plex matching algorithm? If so, can it be reset to Debussy? I tried changing the artist from Adebussy to Debussy by editing the artist, but the scan just flicked it back to Adebussy.

  1. switch your library to be displayed by artist
  2. on the Adebussy entry, click ⋮ > Fix Match
  3. if the correct artist isn’t showing in the dialog, click Search Options (top left corner of the dialog) to do an individual search)
  4. select the correct artist

Terrific - that seems to have fixed it! It seems the problem was that the Plex artists list contains no entry for simply “Debussy”, so it concluded that “Adebussy” (who, yes, I now see does exist!) was the best match. However, there was an entry for “Claude Debussy”, which was perfect. Thank you for your expertise!
