Western Digital PR4100 - Where should the Transcoder Directory reside?

Player Version#: Version 3.77.4

No matter what I do, it fails to transcode. This includes trying to downsample from 1080 > 480p. I have moved the transcoder directory several times to no avail.

Plex Server installed on WD pr4100 NAS. Transcoder folder is located here: \MYCLOUDPR4100\Transcoder
But no matter where I point the transcoder directory, I still get the error code s1001 (network) THEN > Not enough disk space to convert this item.
Everything has been updated and rebooted several times. This system has worked for over a month with no issues. Thank you.Server Version#:
