Hello, pay the Plex but I have no service I can not see movies because it says that the folder is empty. The other time I lost the money and they could not help me. Tell me what I can do to get the service because I do not want to spend the other time. Have you pointed your library at the directory where your media is stored?
It sort of sounds like you are expecting to see movies from some service that Plex provides without having them stored locally. If that is the case then that is not how Plex works. Plex is a client/server system where the server provides the client access to media you own and have stored on a computer local to you.
