Currently sitting on a plane after syncing all the films to offline and nothing appears in this new windows 10 plex app!!!

The new interface looks rubbish compared to the old and the old one worked!!

Did you upgrade to the new app after you sync’d?
Did you test before you left home and it is not working now?

Did you change to the local device?

The update was done before I sync’d. I have found the only way to get the files to show offline is to tether my phone to get the laptop online then open plex so it then logs onto the live server and then all the sudden the offline contents shows!

I dont understand why the devs keeps changing the players when there does not seem to be any benefit, it seems things get changed for the sake of changing

Did you actually pick the local device from the server list before coming to that conclusion?

yes, this isn’t my first rodeo lol local device is completely blank until you connect to eh internet first and then open plex up then it shows the offline content which you can then watch offline so there is an issue with the new client, never had this with the old client
