Hello everyone,
I’ve been a Plex user for 7 years now. I loved plex and have had very little issues with it in the 7 years. I do a detailed job labeling my movies and have had very little issues with matching movies. I was always able to fix the match if there was any issues.
However, recently I had to destroy my my build completely and rescanned everything. I’ve searched and searched and have found very little answer. Movies stopped matching, blank cover, if it did match, no cover which I could go to poster and just fix it. There’s movies that matched but no cast listed below.I believe it has something to do with new matching agent. Honestly I wasn’t aware there were multiple matching agents. I’m using the most recent one…So right now for example, I have a movie that simply refuse to match…Here is the file the way it’s labeled…(NEVER AN ISSUE BEFORE)
Skyfall (2012).mkv - Its a folder E/Movies/Skyfall (2012) - The way my other 3k movies are labeled. It simply refuses to match. SO I do manual match, it matches but no movie cover no cast no nothing…what is going on??
