What is the point of a forum when I can't ask questions?

Why shouldn’t you be able to ask a question?

There’s always the Discobot Tutorial if the forum is giving you some headache (Link from the Welcome to the Plex Forums! page).

You can post a question as long as you’ve selected the category. You cannot post from the home page.
