Well as the topic says I’m wondering winch nas would be the best choice for me.
It’s very important that the Nas can auto run Plexconnet and that it is powerful enough to run movies in 1080p.
I would prefer a 4 bay nas so that i have easy to expand if needed.
Also if it’s possible that it could run without making too much sound that would be great.
Today I have an lgnas that i got a long time ago. It has run smoothly until now.
But since I can’t install plexconnet to it the lgnas it’s no longer as interesting to me as those that can run plex.
I hope you will give me some advice,

before you can run PlexConnect, you need to run PMS, info on the best NAS for that can be seen here -> http://wiki.plexapp.com/index.php/FAQ:_Plex_Media_Server_and_NAS
as you can see, given your requirements, you have limited options, and will be spending a lot of money.
On top of that, you now need a NAS where you can modify the "NAS admin screens" to run on some other port than port 80 so that PlexConnect can run on port 80. (There is a forum topic on which NAS's can be modified to work.)
You are going to save yourself a lot of money, and increase your options and flexibility considerably if you just buy *any* NAS and use a small PC/Mac mini etc to run the server software.

My personal recommendation is build a hackintosh tower.
