Whats the fix for no meta data? just black thumbnails

There must be an issue with pulling metadata from TVDB. I am having same issue today.

TVDB Metadata not loading

Server Version#: Version 1.18.7.2457 Player Version#: Version 4.26.1 Plex Media Server Logs_2020-03-14_13-41-16.zip (2.9 MB) I haven’t updated anything since i last added content three days ago. I have tried the Plex Dance and removing the TVDB cache folder. The Plex Status page shows no issues so I’m assuming the inability to match anything on TVDB is local to me? Could I please get some assistance with my logs to ascertain?
