I am a plex pass member, I am logged in on my local plex app (windows 10), but when I try to download a video locally (from a Plex Cloud Server), I get an error that “Plex Pass is required”. I really need to sync locally for a trip I am about to take.
Plex Cloud does not support Mobile SYNC yet
this is on the Plex desktop app - on my Windows 10 PC. Not mobile.

The Windows Store app is the same for mobile or desktop. There is a bug in where the sync button is currently visible for the Cloud Server. This will be removed for future versions until sync from Cloud Server is supported. Sorry for the inconvenience.
