When using the search bar (on web, ATV, Plex Player, or anywhere) to search for a keyword, name, or otherwise, the search dialogue automatically brings up a dropdown list of matching instances of the keyword, but NOW some of my libraries are not being included in the dropdown, and even when I select “Search all sources…” it still is not including ALL of my libraries. Has something changed, or have I inadvertently changed a setting? This only started happening recently, as I have had no problems since becoming a PLEX Season Pass user more than 4 years go, this is a first.
I heard this has something to do with a recent update that affects search if the library is not included in the Dashboard, but was told to try the search in the specific library.
So, I even went into the specific libraries and tried a search, and yes, the dropdown does show the items matching my search keyword, but if I click on “Search all sources…” while in the specific library, it STILL ignores my search keyword and says it cannot find anything in this library, even though it exists, and even though the dropdown found it.
