I hope this is the right forum and maybe someon of you can help me. I’m using a Linux VM for my PMS and a Nvidia Shield Pro as a player. Sadly my WLAN is not good enough to always use directplay. So sometime I need to transcode a video. The bad part about that is that everytime Plex also transcodes the audio from 5.1 or else to stereo. Can I prevent this behaviour? It is really anoying. I have hooked the Shield on my AVR an want to have 5.1 sound when transcoding.
