How to get Plex to Transcode Audio

How do I get Plex to transcode audio. I have Plex running on my Nvidia Shield Pro. My setup is as follows.

Everything is connected to my TV, an LG CX which doesn’t pass through DTS audio. The audio is output to my Sonos Arc via the eARC port and the Nvidia Shield Pro is the primary source connected via HDMI.

I do have Plex pass and in app.plex settings trancoding is turned on, however the audio is coming through only as PCM and if Dolby Digital processing is turned on for DTS audio it comes through as Dolby Digital Plus 2.0

How do I get it to convert the audio and not down mix the source beyond 5.1 and where can I check that it’s doing so? Thank you

Any idea’s on why transcoding isn’t occurring? I really would appreciate some help with this.

I get that it might be something simple that I’m missing.
