Where are Managed Users stored? Plex Cloud or Locally?

I accidentally deleted Managed Users instead of Shared Users and I would like to restore them from a backup. Is that possible. I tried restoring the

com.plexapp.plugins.library.db
com.plexapp.plugins.library.db-shm
com.plexapp.plugins.library.db-wal

They simply changed the snapshot of the Library content but they did not touch the User database info. Where does that info live and can I get it back?

both I think.

there is a users table in the db file.

and there are authorized users in the plex web/cloud.

so even if you restored the db file, there would not be an associated account on the web portal, and it is unlikely you could re-link them due to security protocols.

you are probably best of just recreating your home users, and if they lost their play states, thats just the breaks.
