Where are my shared libraries in the Roku app?

Server Version#: 1.21.4.4079

Roku Version#: Model: 3810X Streaming Stick; Software: 9.4.0 build 4200-50

I have two friends that share their libraries with me and I can’t see them on my Roku.

Where are the shared libraries? The web/desktop, iOS, and android apps that I use all show my shared libraries, but there is NO WHERE to see them in the Roku app!?!?

If you’re signed in to the account everyone has shared with…:

Go down to More and Pin those sources to the sidebar - is my best guess at this point.

I’m not seeing a “more” option …

My question is where are they … there is no option to see them … there’s no option to see ANYthing.

I fear you have been added to someone’s Home or have joined someone’s Home.

Open Plexweb, go to Settings, go to Users and Sharing, hover the mouse to the right of your username and see if it’s possible to Leave Home.

If that was successful you may have regained control of the spacecraft and see some shared sources to pin.

So. 1) Being a member of a Home wasn’t the problem. 2) However, I had no idea about “home users” and how they functioned. In my research I discovered my issue. So while that wasn’t my exact problem, your suggestion lead to the proper solution.

THANK YOU
