Ok I’ve posted several posts and read a lot of others on players forum and the general sentiment is that admins are no longer responding here.
What is the future of plex?
Is this service being sold off or taken over by some other entity?
Literally people were tagging admins asking for help or advice or just simply a response to know there’s someone behind the wheel here and the engine isn’t just idling driverless.
Had been paying 5 bucks a month for many years and just went ahead and got the lifetime membership several months ago. I really don’t want to see this gutted into a third party linking paid subscriptions together type of thing, my personal libraries are the only reason I’m here, not tidal, not universal studio integration or whatever…
If you look there, that it includes many paid plex employees (though not necessarily all of them, some are either not moderators and/or intentionally hidden).
I don’t notice any drop off, and its still no where near periods years past where there was little interaction at all.
I’d also love to be able to delete my own topics, I have one that’s been rolling since oct 2017 that I no longer reply to anything on and haven’t in years.
If nobody has noticed it’s the “new Xbox interface is trash” one that came out when they killed all of the basic functionalities, after awhile it was working well again but I couldn’t remove my post, of course now it’s broken again refueling it. Which is sad that this topic hasn’t died. It’s an indication that the Xbox app is being half ignored
In fact the only reason I posted here is the Xbox player part of the forum has seem to have gone quite dead.
