Can you confirm you’re on the same network/subnet as the NAS and using the actual IP (no “quick connect” URL offered by the QNAP)?
What’s the value of the attribute claimed="..." when you open http://[QNAP IP address]:32400/identity? (should be 0 or 1 for unclaimed or claimed respectively).
