I recorded the French Open semifinals from the program guide.
It’s nowhere to be found. Not in the TV Shows, not in the Movies.
Where can it possibly be stored?
Check the Live TV & DVR → DVR Schedule tab; if it was successfully recorded, it will be shown with a play button:
Also, if it recorded successfully, you can click the item (not the play button) and it will display its details in the library.
If an error occurred, it will show a yellow triangle; you can hover your mouse over the triangle to see the reason for the failure.
Yes, I found them there. I thought that section only lists future recordings, not past recordings. I had to scroll up to find past recordings.

Why weren’t the recordings automatically cataloged in the “TV Series” section like dramas and shows? Is it because sports events are one-off events?

Of the two men’s games, one was recorded successfully, with the play button visible next to it. However, the other one had a red dot next to it but no recording. When I tap on the recording, it gives me advanced recording options, which is weired
Do you use the Plex-provided guide data, or do you use XMLTV? That could affect both the recording locations available and how recordings or similarly-named airings are handled; if Plex, because of the guide data, thinks that a recording is two airings of the same program, it will record only one.

Yes, the title of the two programs were the same - French Open Men’s Quarterfinal.
Mmm. This is disappointing. Channels DVR doesn’t get tripped up like this.
