After generating chapter thumbnails activated on last update (always off), i noticed uhd movies that played a couple of weeks ago no longer worked (circle going round and round) when pressing play.
Some would start to play 2 mins in or struggle.
There is nothing wrong with the movies as they all work fine when playing through VLC.
It is the generating chapter thumbnails options that has done this, my 96tb nas has been hammering away for 3 days while i was away my wife said.
Could any forum members point me in the direction of the folder that stores the data for the chapter thumbnails please as i have looked in the plex install location and nothing sticks out.
I thought that there might be a file in each movie folder but there is not.
My only option is to remove the plex server from my mini dell pc and reset the shield and set it up again ,but need to find the folder that has the generating chapter thumbnail data in on my c drive.
Any help would be app.
