Which update channel should use to avoid problems? Public or Plex pass

Hi I just need to know which update channel should I use to update my PMS? As I know Plex pass channel gives a latest build as long as public channel gives a old build.
So what is the best channel to get the most stable version of PMS?

In fact, the Plexpass channel is being renamed to beta… it’s clearer now :slight_smile:
