White dots on blacks on TV after update

When I’m using the Enhanced Player with 4K HDR 60fps setting on my Apple TV 4K, the video on black screens (such as the letter boxing) comes out interlaced. If I turn off HDR or use the tvOS player, it doesn’t have that issue. [IMG_6830]
