White screen when upgraded to the latest versions of PMS

Server Version#:1.32.6.7516 and 1.32,6.7557
Player Version#:
when i upgraded to the 2 latest versions of PMS for Mac the screen appears with a completely white background. Never had this problem before. I am attaching a screenshot of the screen.
Any ideas why this is happening?
I have run PMS on this mac for several years without any similar problems.
I am runninig on a Mac Mini with 16GB RAM on High Sierra 10.13.6.

Thanks for any help!

ugh… yes, I can reproduce this if the Mac’s appearance is set to “light mode”… but only once. Since I switched and reloaded the web app, it’s showing the regular dark user interface.

Thanks tom80H.
I do not have the light mode on. Here’s another screen shot showing another page of PMS.
All other programs are showing up normally on the screen. The only problem is with PMS.

Thanks again for your help!

The browser title bar disagrees with that statement.
I’m not talking about a Plex option but macOS system settings > appearance > display mode

Yes, I understand but MacOS High Sierra 10.13 does not have the light dark option.

Tom80H,
after speaking with Apple Support we determined that the problem was caused by PMS has a problem running with High Sierra (10.13.6). I moved the PMS over to a newer macmini that is running Catalina (10.15) and it is now running OK again.

Tom80H,
A little more info on the problem. It turns out that the problem is with Safari. When I run PMS on the “old” server using Google Chrome, it runs fine. So I don’t know if the problem is that PMS is no longer “compatible” with Safari version 13.1.2.
Also Apple will not allow you to upgrade a later version while running High Sierra (10.13.x)
