I have noticed for the Netflix Series ‘Seven Deadly Sins’ that Plex has lost a season… Season 4 Is Wrath of the Gods and Season 5 is Dragon’s Judgement but Plex has these as seasons 3 and 4 instead.

You’re seeing the difference between the aired order and the Netflix order.
Netflix Season 2 is four episodes. Those four episodes are part of the Aired order Season 0 (Specials).
As a result:
Aired Season 1 = Netflix Season 1
Aired Season 2 = Netflix Season 3
Aired Season 3 = Netflix Season 4
Aired Season 4 = Netflix Season 5
As @BigWheel points out, Plex uses Aired, DVD, or Absolute order. You cannot choose the Netflix order.
The DVD and Absolute order appear to be incomplete. Also, Netflix Season 5 is non-existent. The episodes are currently listed as unassigned.
Suggest you follow the Aired order for best results, merging Netflix Season 2 into Aired Season 0 (Specials). You’ll have to rename some episodes. However, Aired order appears to have the best accounting of all episodes.
Looks like they combined Season 2 with the OVA episodes. Only problem is OVA ep 3 is Heroes’ Frolic and the TVDB has that as being ep. 9 of the Specials. I went ahead and renamed the episode to Special 9 and it brings up metadata for the Seven Deadly Sins the Movie: Prisoners of the Sky I have managed to manually rename my OVA episodes and did a season swap but still have no place for the OVA ep 3:
Any suggestions of how to get this episode a proper metadata spot? Or if there is one already what it is called so that I can find it when scraping. Thank you
EDIT: They have it listed in one place as ep 9 and another as ep. 10 of the specials. I think I have it sorted now.
