Issue with "Reporting Gracenote EPG Data Issues" thread

I have an issue with the “Reporting Gracenote EPG Data Issues” thread: it is locked, and I can’t ask a question ABOUT that post on that thread!

I’m considering posting a possible Gracenote EPG Data issue, but I can’t figure out who my DVR EPG is. I follow the instructions there for “How to tell if DVR EPG is OnConnect or EyeQ”, but my answer is “none of the above”. My “identifier” field is “com.plexapp.plugins.library”.

So: do I have a configuration problem with my EPG? Could this be the source of my troubles recording CBS?

One way to determine what source is used by GraceNote. From a computer: go to the Program Guide, Select a Show/Episode. Then examine the browser URL which should tell you the provider. As shown in image below my URL is shown OnConnect.

@johnm_ColaSC – thank you. By that method, it looks like I’m using “onconnect”… I can now file a bug report at the thread I mentioned in my OP.
