PLEX - Remote Access Issue - "Not available outside your network" Error

Hi, Im having an issue enabling port forwarding for my PLEX Server. My internet provider is ATT and I was given a new modem: Arris BGW210-700 The PLEX app will not allow me to enable Remote Access, the message states “Not available outside your network” When I access the PLEX Server from outside my home is shows “Indirect connection” How can I configure the modem or the app to allow remote access? PLEX Server OS = Windows 7 I have attached the images from my plex server. Please advise on…
