Server Version#: Version 1.20.1.3252 Plexpass
Player Version#: FireTV Box - 8.5.1.19778 (2c9485c3)
I have been able to stream original quality movies from my home FreeNAS server to anywhere, but right now this is my FireTV on the local network not being able to.
When I play a movie, in this example Fight Club, it seems to play at about 5 frames per second, the audio is completely fine, but the video is skipping.
If I change it to convert automatically, it works - most of the time. However, if I go to “view all”, I used to be able to see many more playback options from 480p up to 1080p, but now it only shows me up to 720p 2Mbps or sometimes 4Mbps.
I deleted all my logs, restarted the server, tried to play Fight Club, let it stutter for a bit, then I changed it to convert automatically and it is playing at 1080p, 12.7 Mbps now and running fine. However under “view all”, I see no options at all for transcode conversions.
