I recently donwloaded a few movies to my ipad to watch while travelling with no internet. When i got back, i wanted to free up space on my ipad so deleted some of the movies form the Downloads section. However, when i went to access them online from my pc, i noticed they were deleted from the entire system. How do i remove/delete locally downloaded content from my ipad without deleting it from the main server library?
Check „Cancel or delete downloads“ from the related support article. Deleting a download item won’t delete the media from your server…
Thanks @tom80H ! I could have sworn I tested multiple times before posting here and for some reasons they were deleting. But when i went back after your reply and tested again, they were not being delete from the server and working as expected i.e. only removing from my device’s local storage. Thanks again for your speedy help!
