Third time this has happened. One minute I am watching the end of a program on MHzNow, then return to the Live Menu - what I was just watching is gone. I checked for the shortcut icon, it’s missing too!
I guess MHzNow is a tv-channel from your connected TV Tuner?
If this is live TV, and you watched a programme till the end, it is expected to be gone from the program guide afterwards.
Or are you saying that the whole channel is missing?
If you could activate debug logging on your Roku and collect them right after the issue occurs next time, it’d be very helpful for investigating and fixing the issue.
MHZnow is a Streaming Channel provided by PLEX
This issue appears each time Mhz does a major reload of its schedule of programming not only does the Short Cut icon go missing but so does the MHz Now listing from the PLEX LIVE menu
The whole channel goes missing, then comes back
