Why Is Everyhing getting Alias Poster?

Player Version#: Web, Roku, every version

Multiple shows default to the Alias Show Poster. Why??? It is very annoying and I have to go in and manually change poster.

Could you post some Screenshots ?

Probably:

  • you are not adhering to the naming guidelines for tv shows in Plex, the folder organization in particular Naming and Organizing Your TV Show Files | Plex Support
  • you have a jpg or png file with this picture stored high up in the folder hierarchy of your tv show library and have placed the ‘Local Media Assets’ agent at the top of the stack (Settings- Server - Agents - Shows - TheTVDB+TheMovieDB)
