Why is it not possible/build-in to copy the plex server database to a new installation?

i bought the lifetime Plex Pass years ago and until today there is no build-in function to export/copy the Plex Server data/database to a fresh installation.

As a Premium client i like to know why this functionality is not implemented and why it is so complicated to move all my libraries and data to a new installation of Plex.
I can’t believe that it is technically impossible to have something like an export/import function or a script which collects the relevant files, compress them into one file and extract it in the correct location on the new server.

Why is this topic closed, just with one inappropriate answer?
this is not the behaviour in a forum to discuss a topic!

i don’t know what your answer mean!

Setting up a fresh installation is not unusual and the wish to move the playlists and collections to the new install is absolutely comprehensible.

And i don’t know what someone could do just with the database entries for a collection or playlists, without the actual movie files on harddisk.
So what is the problem and what could be stolen? What do you mean?
And why do you close this thread, just with an incomplete answer?

Btw, shure i know how to copy the folder to the new installation, but this is not convenient and not contemporarily for such expensive piece of software.
Nearly every free software has the ability to backup and restore data and move one install to a fresh one…

The reason you can’t push a button and replicate it elsewhere is simple –
