Plex Media Server has been running on my PC for years. Yesterday, it became unreachable from my Roku which is on the local network. I checked on the PC running the server and was not able to reach http://127.0.0.1:32400/web when I double clicked on the PLEX icon in the task tray. The only change I made to the system was to enable another PC within my local network to join my homegroup. I disabled homegroup on the server PC and it did not make any difference. I rebooted the modem + router + the server PC and no difference. I am on version 0.9.16.6.1993-5089475. Task Manager shows Plex Media Server (32 bit) running with occasional Network activity at 0.1Mbps. Can anyone give me some guidance on what to do?
