Why is plex transcoding 4k content to 720p on a 4k tv?

I have a Roku Ultra, 4k TV and Gigabit Networking. But when I try to play my movies in original quality (4k) on my plex roku app my plex server says it is transcoding to 720p.

I made sure my Roku Settings are set to 4k and direct play is on but it still transcodes.
I have an i5-11500 on my plex server and hardware transcoding is on. Shouldn’t my setup be able to play 4k or at least transcode to 4k not 720p?

Finally figured it out. For anyone else having this same issue. Go into your codec folder in plex data and delete all of the files in there then restart plex. It will redownload the codecs and that fixed it for me. It’s now transcoding into 4k.
