Why is PLEX trying to access a non existant IP?

Plex streaming my movies had constant hesitation and also trying to edit movie info (ie, correct the name, date or poster was VERY slow to load the edit window. I was trying to find out why and noticed the log errors. I un-installed and re-installed the plex player with no affect and then un-installed/reinstalled the plex server and that took care of the lag but it is still getting the error’s.

How do I stop it from trying to access the IP’s? 250 does not exist on my LAN and IP .7 is a range extender.

Repeating errors;

Full logs ZIP please?

It’s not possible to diagnose from a snippet but it looks like you have a noisy LAN and a device advertising itself as a server at 192.168.250.1:1990

Thanks for your response. 2 logs uploaded for your review. Plex is not giving the same errors today but the video lag/hesitation is back and generating dif errors.
