Plex Problem network activity - requesting an IP not existing on the network

Software : 5.0.0.1850 (latest)
Server Version#: 1.24.5.5173 (latest)
Player Version#: various Apple TV, LG TV,… with latest versions

HTTP requesting GET http://192.168.1.250:49152/wps_device.xml
Error issuing curl_easy_perform(handle): 7
HTTP error requesting GET http://192.168.1.250:49152/wps_device.xml (7, Couldn’t connect to server) (Failed to connect to 192.168.1.250 port 49152: Host is unreachable)
SSDP: Error parsing device schema for http://192.168.1.250:49152/wps_device.xml

Here is the task with a return error. Plex server is doing that all time (every 40 seconds more or less)
I checked on the net and i didn’t found any satsfying answer for my case.
Does anyine can help or give me explanations ?
