Why is shield not displaying the black borders?

Hello,

I was currently trying to watch a TV show on my Shield, and it seems it is not displaying the black borders and causing the image to stretch. What can be the issue?
On other players it is working fine:

Shield TV not resizing videos

There’s a Display Mode setting that you may need to look at. To get to it: Start playing a video. On the player control bar, go to the Action menu (far right) [image] Select ‘Playback Settings.’ Use the ‘Display Mode’ slider at the bottom of the list. [image] The setting persists, so it should apply to any video you play until you change it again.

Yep, I knew about that option and tried it, but it is not solving the issue
