Looking at the recording schedule (calendar view). On April 9th, Plex DVR recorded Jimmy Kimmel on KOMO-DT1 4.1. When you click the link to the show recording, the title and date are wrong. The date shows at April 2, 2018 and the title reflects the show on that date. Shouldn’t the date be when the show was actually recorded? Is there a way to fix this?

I’d suggest this is probably a mismatch between what the guide data has, and what TVDB has for this season and episode number. If you compare what you see in your guide with TVDB, are there discrepancies?
This is also happening to me. After a show records, TVDB seems to be changing the title info to a future episode title. When you schedule the recording or view the show info through the scheduler, the title info is correct. TVDB seems to be overwriting what Gracenote populates and changing it to something that is incorrect.
