Why is this happening?

Lately this error has been happening on TVs when trying to play any movie

What I have perceived happens with Samsung TVs and is solved by going to settings-advanced and the first two options setting it to always

Would you mind being a bit more specific?

  • What version of the Plex app do you have installed on your Samsung TV?
  • What are you trying to stream (e.g. videos from your local server, a shared / remote library, some live tv based on a local tuner, live tv online streams or a video from Plex’ video-on-demand service)?
  • Do you experience the same behavior for different videos?
  • What are the “first two options” you’re referring to?
