FYI, I noticed a similar thing happen after I upgraded some files (for 50 States of Fright) and added additional subtitles. I have them named with .eng.srt and .eng.sdh.srt and they both show up as regular subs. I refreshed metadata a few times after I did the update and there was no change. I realize it’s not the same show but it’s the same situation so maybe it will help.
Also for information, I’m currently on server version 1.25.3.5409.

Edit: Just thought about something, as I couldn’t be 100% certain I made the upgrade for 50 States of Fright after I upgraded the server (but pretty sure I did). I added files last night, which I know was after the update and I try to have subs (both SDH and regular) for all shows and those files I added don’t delineate that the SDH subs are SDH. So it appears this is a possible regression.
