Why PMS keeps disconnecting?

Server Version#: 1.22.1.4275

keep getting this message on regular basis:
“The server “PLEX Server” is unreachable. Make sure it’s running, double check your network, and try again.”

The PMS works just fine on Shield 2017 until randomly disconnecting. the server is unreachable for several minutes before its online again. this happens every 30 minutes to every hour even though i have reset the app, deleted cash, updated to the latest available version, restarted the device and updated its OS… regardless of it was used through the web app or an android app, this always happens.
