The ‘minimal’ naming of the OP should still work.

  1. make sure your library is looking exactly at G:\Media\TV Shows
    Not one folder level above, nor below.
  2. If the files are mp4 or m4v, make sure they don’t contain embedded ‘Title’ meta tags
  3. perform the Plex Dance
