I was running Plex on a Windows 10 machine. It ran fine and had no problem finding and using my two tuners, both HDHomerun Duals, but of different generations. I was able to record and watch with no issue. Then my PC got a virus and so I did a factory restore of Windows 10.
Now, I’m trying to again set up my DVRs. I go in there, it finds them both, but when I try to set them up, neither one will scan the channels. WTF??? The country is chosen and the button LOOKS active. But absolutely nothing happens when it’s pressed. Is there a bug in this version related to scanning channels?
I am able to watch all the channels using the HDHomerun app so I know the tuner is functioning properly.
