Will not transcode remote connections

Running Plex on my Synology.

Remote connection suddenly won’t transcode.

Getting error: Something went wrong at playback of your media. Please try again. Failed to play directly due to: App cannot play this topic directly. No direct playback profile exists for Protocol HTTP, with container MKV and video codec H264. Could not transcode because of: Not CPU enough to convert this topic. (Google translate).

I hope someone can help me out.

Thanks for your reply.

Tried your suggestions, but unfortunately it didn’t work.
Server updated to 1.24.2.4973 last night.

New logs attached.

Also tried to uninstall/reinstall.

Seems plausible that it could be a DSM7 permission issue.

Do you have any other suggestions?

Cleaned up a lot of crap, but it is the same problem.
Evrything plays perfect locally, but remote connections will not transcode.

Still believe it is some sort of permission problem on the DSM7.

Hi trumpy81.

I think you nailed it.

I had checked HDR tone mapping and Disable video stream transcoding.

Removing this and everything seems to be working again.
