No not really. Just imagine how much work these guys put into something, that I would call a full blown ready to market product. They would deserve the money if they would start charging.
Not everything is for free, you know.
I could pay for this amazing application, i think i will make a donation atleast.
first of all, I'd be the last person who doesn't think the devs deserve compensation for everything they've done so far.
not everything needs to be free, but the opposite is just as true.
of course those that want to pay for Plex are certainly welcomed and appreciated to do so, this has always been the case. there is a donate button on the home page where those who do wish to pay for it can do so if they choose. if you are able to and want to help support plex financially, think of the donate button as a [optional] way that you can pay for your copy of Plex at whatever price you personally value it at.
I agree with funkahdafi. So i just made a $20 USD Donation and bought a T-Shirt, worth every cent! Looking forward so plex 9. Keep up the great work guys!
