Win10 1709 and PMS 1.9.6 - LiveTV just shows black screen

LiveTV has been working great for me but I recently upgraded my server to Win10 Fall Creators update and PMS 1.9.6 . Somewhere in there LiveTV has stopped working. When I hit play I hear the audio but the screen is black. I get this in a browser, on a Roku and a FireTV.

I am using a Hauppauge Quad tuner with their drivers which previously worked fine. I did check to make sure that Windows update left those drivers in tact and it did. Although I tried installing them again but to no avail.

Just looking for some ideas. Thanks.

I uninstalled and rolled back to 1.9.0 and things are working again. I picked 1.9.0 only because I already had it downloaded and it was a month or so old.

Same issue here. Nothing seems to work. Where did you get the older version?
