The before mentioned problem has nothing to do with my issue that I am facing. I am currently back on 1.32.8 of PMS and the issue still persists. It seems there is a bug within the 1.85 client of plex which prevents external subtitles from being displayed by windows clients. I’ve switched back (so have my users) to 1.83 which has resolved ALL problems.
The Mac platform also has this issue. ( 1.87.2.87-87488d5a )
