Windows crashed had to reinstall. can't create/delete old server

so my windows crashed and I had to format and reinstall windows from scratch. The server isn’t listed and I’ve removed all devices and such but still no access. I’ve tried the token deal but no go again. Do I really have to make a new account just to use the server again?

New Claiming Requirement for Windows

Back in Plex Media Server 1.29.2, we introduced some new behavior for macOS. This behavior is now being brought to Plex Media Server for Windows starting with version 1.32.2.
