Windows Plex server eventually gives me the "Plex server is currently unavailable" error

@caper_6 I’ve collected all your logs and created an internal issue to track down what’s going on. Sorry for the inconvenience but thank you for your patience and willingness to continue troubleshoot. Could you try something for me?

Stop PMS, uninstall PMS, and check that everything is removed from the install directory (C:\Program Files\Plex\Plex Media Server). If there are any lingering files or folders let me know but also go ahead and delete them. Reinstall PMS and see if the crashing continues.

The installer and install directory is completely separate from your server’s settings, database, cache, media, etc. Uninstalling is safe and does not touch anything but the application (server) that runs.
