Windows to Unraid docker container

I want to transfer my Plex installation from Windows to a Unraid docker container.
Is it possible to keep the watched status? If so how do i keep this?

set up Plex on the new system, but don’t create any libraries yet
(or create just a small test lib to verify proper function)

copy the main database file from the old to the new installation

or do it this way (but this’ll only work with a fresh library on the new system that hasn’t seen any playback events yet):
