WinTV-DualHD Can't find tuner

I just picked up a new WinTV-dualHD. I’ve Installed the latest version of plex 1.5.5.3634 , updated to the latest drivers on my tuner and still can’t find it on the plex dvr. I’ve also tried adding the device manually and keep getting the message “There was a problem adding the device”. I’ve also disabled all anti virus software on a chance that was interfering and still no luck. Not really sure what else I can do.

that is not the latest version, make sure you are using the PlexPass versions.

Thanks I didn’t realize their were two different versions, I just updated my client.
