Plex recognizes the tuner, but fails to recognize my country (Israel) or at all.
I keep getting an indication of ‘Loading countries…’
What can I do and is there a solution?

I’ve had similar problem and managed to solve using
https://app.plex.tv/desktop/
and not connecting via ip address and 32400 port

But now I get this answer after the scan step:
“No channels found. Make sure your device has a signal from your antenna and try scanning again.”
Do you know now what the solution is?

Probably really we are not connected … 
(No, Israel is not on the list … I tried other countries)
