WinTV-dualHD on Linux can't find any channels

Hello,
My problem is that plex can’t find any channel, but with tvheadend the tuner works fine. I try with DVB-C Hungary (DIG TV). Any suggestion?

So I managed to find some channels by stoping tvheadend server but there are a lot of channel still missing. I can’t search it again because the search channel dialog no longer appeared.
